Eric Greenhill, owner of the Coal City, Cedar Lake, and Homer Glen locations, and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/emily-schunke-177487bb/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=four-fitness-premier-247-clubs-celebrate-a-year-in-business-2718468" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Emily Janssen</a>, Mahomet franchisee, are thrilled that their branches have passed the milestone.&nbsp;Both owners spoke with 1851 Franchise about why they invested in&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/fitnesspremiere">Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs</a> and why they chose their uniquely specific spots for their gyms. The two owners also discussed the successes they have seen so far and their goals for the future.&nbsp;Greenhill spoke about his three locations, two of which opened their doors in January 2021 and one in March of last year, most of which were acquisitions of former local gyms. He spoke to the risk of starting the endeavor during the coronavirus pandemic.&nbsp;“The communities took us in, to our pleasant surprise. People wanted to work out even with COVID going on,” Greenhill said. “And since restrictions have lifted people are super eager to get out and get back into gyms. Classes are full. Personal training has never been better. People want to get back, and they did get back.”Greenhill says he is happy that he could provide a brand-new, clean, state-of-the-art space for people to work out in. “We were able to get some of these communities really beautiful, clean new facilities. Even pre-COVID people didn’t want to go to a dirty gym, but now they are especially conscious of it,” he added.&nbsp;The Homer Glen, Illinois, location is a 50,000 square foot megacomplex with a gym, indoor pickleball, volleyball, and basketball. And Greenhill’s Coal City space is the first of its kind in the area, filling a demand for full-service workout facilities. His Cedar Lake Indiana location just remodeled and brought in a full line of brand new HammerStrength equipment and 2 Human touch Massage Chairs as a way to set themselves apart.&nbsp;Greenhill has another location slated for a one-year anniversary in August, and he plans to keep his gym chain growing. He is eyeing more Indiana locations, as well as some in Wisconsin and Florida. “I’m starting to look out-of-state at new acquisitions.
