Footprints Floors, the Colorado-based flooring installation franchise, enjoyed a massive first quarter of 2021 for sales and growth. In just the first three months of the year, the brand doubled both its franchisees and units and saw a huge sales spike across its system. In total, the brand has signed on 16 new franchisees for a total of 32 new units.

According to Bryan Park, the company’s CEO, those gains are due in large part to the brand’s streamlined and flexible operating model and its increasingly in-demand offerings.

“Already in 2021, we’ve seen massive growth as entrepreneurs realize our model is flexible, fair, recession-resistant and more relevant than ever before,” Park said. “The home services industry has seen an incredible spike in sales due to the pandemic, and we pride ourselves on empowering our franchisees to cash in on that sales bonanza with a proven business model that provides the customer real value.”

Savvy entrepreneurs across the U.S. are increasingly turning to Footprints Floors to take advantage of its low-cost investment and foolproof training programs, which have positioned the brand to capture an outsized share of the $500 billion home services industry, which is projected to grow by almost 19% by 2026.

Despite the brand’s strong performance in 2020, it’s already beating last year’s systemwide sales numbers with $4,380,829 in Q1 of 2021 vs. $4,156,135 in Q4 of 2020.

Footprints Floors Growth Markets

So far in 2021, the brand’s 16 new franchisees and 32 new units follow up on the rapid momentum in 2020, when the brand moved 64 units. To uphold the brand’s best-in-class support and training for onboarding franchisees, the brand brought on 15 new support staff.

Besides new franchisees joining the brand, existing franchisees are growing too. For example, two existing franchisees bought additional territories, with Daniel Wilkinson in Texas and Adnan Alhaider in Michigan doubling down on their investments.

With the brand already growing in reach and training capacity, Footprints Floors looks forward to dominating the market in 2021 and beyond. The brand hopes to leverage its current momentum to add even more support staff and further streamline operations.

The startup costs for a Footprints Floors franchise range from $68,130–$95,580, which includes a franchise fee of $60,000 for a single territory. To learn more about franchising with Footprints Floors, visit https://footprintsfranchise.com/.

ABOUT FOOTPRINTS FLOORS:

Upon his return to Littleton, Colorado after serving in the U.S. Air Force, Bryan Park noticed that Denver’s flooring industry lacked a higher level of customer service and sophistication. So, in 2008, he founded Footprints Floors, which today specializes in installing hardwood floors, tile floors, backsplashes and laminates. With more than 50 current locations, Footprints Floors offers franchisees a robust support system including a call center, flexible hours for work-life balance and a low cost of entry with outstanding economics.
