This executive leader has over 30 years experience in the banking and franchise industries. She was hired as President and Chief Operating Officer of FranNet in 2006 and promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Accomplishments include converting the company to a franchise model and establishing national relationships with several key organizations such as SCORE, ASBDC and BNI. Jania served over eight years and in several different managerial capacities with Fantastic Sams International, a hair care franchise; as the regional manager for Fantastic Sams; and oversaw operational support and development for franchisees in a five-state region. She also worked 18 years for the banking industry in the commercial lending and business development areas, and three years as a national speaker, consultant and trainer. She was a keynote speaker at several national and international events for topics that included change management, leadership excellence, team building, customer service, communication skills and strategic planning. She was the author of a book that was published in 1995, “Thriving—The Journey to Success in the Business World.” She served six years on the International Franchise Association (IFA) executive board, six years on IFA Supplier Forum Board, is currently the IFA Membership Committee Chair and has been active as a mentor for new franchisors through the IFA FranShip program. Her specialties are finance, franchising, leadership, public speaking, change management, team building, performance coaching, customer service excellence and management training.
