After completing his internship in 2002, Shacka accepted an opportunity in Florida to help open a new franchise in Seminole County. It was in his role as Operations Manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Seminole that he learned every aspect of the job from a franchise perspective—from mover to manager and everything in between. In 2004, Shacka returned to Home Office as a Franchise Development Specialist tasked with assisting current franchisees in growing their business and adding new franchisees to the growing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK system. During the past decade, Shacka has served TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as Franchise Development Specialist, Director of Operations, Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2011.
