1851: How did you fall into franchising?
Bleiman: I got involved in franchising at a large, international law firm where I was encouraged to delve into as many areas of practice as I could. I found the fast-paced nature of franchising to be interesting and fun.
1851: What do you love most about franchising?
Bleiman: The entrepreneurial mentality associated with franchising. Franchising is about creating opportunities, looking forward and being progressive.
1851: What makes a great client?
Bleiman: A great client is one who is careful and deliberate in the decision-making process but one who is willing to take risks, think openly and be amenable to change.
1851: What makes a great franchise attorney?
Bleiman: A great franchise attorney brings a practical approach to his or her practice, is able to find balance between the sometimes conflicting legal and business issues which pop up on a day-to-day basis and can figure out how to move forward in the face of those issues.
