Focusing on the negative rather than looking at the positive elements of franchising.&nbsp; Joint employer may not go away, but there are things that we can learn from this issue that will make&nbsp;franchising even better.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
What are you most optimistic about in the franchise industry in the next year?&nbsp; It&rsquo;s very exciting to see so&nbsp;many new industries deciding to grow through franchising.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s a testament to franchising as a method of expansion.&nbsp;
