What makes your firm stand out as a resource for the franchise industry?
Our attorneys have years of experience at top law firms and as in-house counsel to several large franchisors. Our in-house experience means we are uniquely situated to better understand the practical needs of business owners and franchisors. Our goal is to deliver stream-lined documents and value-oriented solutions to legal problems, without compromising quality.
What is the No. 1 thing a franchisor/franchisee should look for when identifying the right franchise attorney?
The ability to help the client achieve their goals. If the client can identify what they want to achieve (and sometimes we help clients figure that out), then they can better understand which franchise attorney fits them best.
When it comes to your work, what makes you happiest?
I most enjoy using my knowledge and experience to help clients succeed.
What are your top concerns for the franchise industry in the next year?
My top concerns are always attracting and supporting the right franchisees, complying with the maze of franchise laws and regulations, and constantly improving a brand’s business model,
What are you most optimistic about in the franchise industry in the next year?
I’m most optimistic about the ability of franchising to grow and develop in new ways. I’m seeing new business models explore franchising, as well is improvements on the traditional business models in franchising.
