How the integration works
Connect
A signed-in brand user chooses to connect a Google account to a specific landing page.
Choose a time
A landing-page visitor submits the inquiry form and selects an available meeting time.
Meet
The application creates the calendar event, invites both participants, and generates a Google Meet link.
Google data we use
- The connected Google account email address.
- Calendar availability needed to prevent conflicting bookings.
- Meeting date, time, timezone, attendees, event details, and Google Meet link.
- OAuth tokens and connection metadata needed to keep the optional integration active.
How we use it
- Only a brand user initiates and approves the Google connection.
- Public visitors do not authenticate with Google.
- Google data is used only to provide the scheduling feature.
- Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
Privacy and user control
The connected brand user can disconnect the integration from the landing page and can also revoke access through their Google Account. Our Privacy Policy explains how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted.
