Dale Woolery is bringing <a href="http://www.mooyahfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchisee-spotlight-dale-woolery-of-mooyah-burgers-fries-shakes-10779" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes</a> to Lyndhurst this spring.

From a young age, Woolery gained valuable restaurant experience by helping his father operate the family&#39;s two mom and pop Jamaican restaurants in the Bronx and Mount Vernon as well as their mobile food truck. From there, Woolery lead a successful career in the banking industry, but soon decided to go back to school to pursue a career in health administration.

Woolery has worked as a registered nurse in the community for the last decade,&nbsp;but realized he wanted to provide more flexibility for his family, he began to research opportunities in franchising.

Once he found <a href="http://mooyah.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchisee-spotlight-dale-woolery-of-mooyah-burgers-fries-shakes-10779" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes</a> and spoke with other franchisees, Woolery signed on to bring the brand&#39;s family atmosphere&nbsp;to Guests in the Lyndhurst community.&nbsp; 
 
What were you doing before partnering with MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes? 
I went to school and graduated with my bachelor&#39;s degree in finance. I worked in the banking industry with investment companies for six years. I decided to go back to school and earn my masters in health administration. For the last ten years, I have been working as an RN at various hospitals in the area.

How did you learn about MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes and what made you ultimately decide to commit? 
I wanted more flexibility for my family so I started looking for other business ventures. When I was a kid, my father owned two Jamaican restaurants and a mobile food truck.&nbsp; I worked with him for years and that is what made me decide to enter the restaurant&nbsp;industry. I wanted to own a business that had the potential to expand&nbsp;as well as financial flexibility. 
 
About six years ago I invited some friends to my apartment to start brainstorming different business concepts that would be affordable. I started looking at frozen yogurt and pizza concepts and soon decided they were not for me. Not only does MOOYAH offer a family environment, but there is something on the menu for everyone. While I was attending franchise expos, nothing really jumped out at me so I continued my research online and found MOOYAH.&nbsp;

What&rsquo;s next for you and your business? Do you have any development/expansion plans? 
We are looking forward to signing on for more locations with the brand. For right now, we are pretty busy with this location and want to ensure we see success in Lyndhurst. I have high hopes that we&#39;ll continue to expand MOOYAH in the area.
