Butte, Montana,&nbsp;native, Devin O&rsquo;Neill, is bringing the first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK* franchise to his home state. Devin and his wife&nbsp;Rosita,&nbsp;a first generation American from Lithuania, are opening their TWO MEN AND A TRUCK location in Missoula next week. The couple have been franchise owners in the past and have loved being their own boss while providing much-needed services in their hometown.

They are opening the moving franchise in conjunction with the Movers Who Care&reg;&nbsp;mission to exceed customer&nbsp;expectations in services and value across a broad range of moving needs and community volunteering services.

What is one thing you would tell someone about yourself, or what do you think is the most interesting thing about your background or your most interesting story?

Devin: I have a master&rsquo;s degree from The New School University in New York&nbsp;where I studied creative writing. I also pursued a career in the medical field upon graduating from the University of Montana with degree in business administration. I am an avid reader and love writing, hockey, outdoors and playing ball with my sons.

Rosita: I am a first-generation U.S. Citizen. I moved to the United States after being a foreign exchange student in 1992 from Lithuania. Upon graduating with my master&rsquo;s degree in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies, I worked at the equity derivatives and corporate bond research departments at J.P. Morgan Chase from 1996 to 2001. When not involved in the family business, I love reading about history and international politics, gardening, yoga, and mindfulness practices.

How did you hear about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and why did you choose to get involved?

Devin: We both liked the idea of a franchise after having operated a successful one for more than 10 years. We love that we own our business franchise while having the support of a successful corporate system and organization to model our company after. We discovered the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK business opportunity through extensive research and thought it would be a good fit for Missoula. The core values of the company focused on superior customer satisfaction and community volunteering services are ideal for a small-town community like ours, so we are excited to bring the brand to the region and the state of Montana for the first time.

What ties do you have with your local community and how do you plan to serve the community with your new business?

Devin: I regularly volunteer with son at the Missoula Food Bank delivering food to the elderly and low-income families.

Rosita: I am a part-time yoga instructor. I also am involved with the programs and events at the&nbsp;Open Way Mindfulness Center. Through TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, I look forward to sponsoring community programs like Movers for Moms&reg;, Movers for Mutts, and Truckload of Warmth. I also have contacts at YWCA and plan to partner with them to help moms with moving needs in tough emergency situations.

What&rsquo;s next for you and your business?

Devin: Right now, we have the one location in Missoula with hope to expand statewide in the next two to five years.
