Venezuelan couple German and Rosa Diaz are pursuing a new chapter in their professional lives and opening a new <a href="http://franchise.thecleaningauthority.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchisee-spotlight-german-and-rosa-diaz-of-the-cleaning-authority-10887" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Cleaning Authority</a> franchise in the Port Orange, Florida&nbsp;area. The couple initially came to The United States because of the employment opportunities and the overwhelming sense of security.

The Cleaning Authority will be a family business for them, with their daughter Ana acting as manager before moving on to attend Purdue University. The couple was attracted to the brand because of the unwavering amount of support they&#39;ve received from the corporate team as they get their feet wet with the brand and in a new country.

No more than five months since opening, German and Rosa have seen incredible success with their Port Orange location. The husband and wife duo immersed themselves in their local community, and have since taken on more customers than they expected. &nbsp;Before their half-year mark, they are looking to hire four new employees to aid in the consistently growing business.

Tell us a little bit about your background. 
After starting an IT company in Venezuela, I looked for similar qualities in companies for my next career venture, including strong relationships with clients. The IT industry is very different in the U.S. then it is in Venezuela, so I realized I wanted to start with something completely different. I came to the U.S. in April 2016, because the quality of life here is much better than in Venezuela. The rules are clear here. Also, employment and security is better in the U.S. I knew I needed a good business and company to support me, with my family here.

Why did you choose to become a franchisee with The Cleaning Authority? How did you learn about the brand? 
I liked that the business model was already established and the corporate team helped us find customers from the get-go, which left me only having to operate the franchise. The marketing from The Cleaning Authority corporate team is really good and the support is there. It&rsquo;s not easy coming to a new country and starting a new company. With The Cleaning Authority, I found I could take a similar leadership role to the company I ran in Venezuela.

Business has been extremely successful since we opened in October. We love this city and have become members of the community. We have had so much success since opening, and are currently looking to hire four new people to join our team. We are excited to keep growing.&nbsp;
