Joe Roth is a businessman who has lived in central Iowa his entire life. He is married with four children and recently recognized the need to provide local families in Des Moines the convenience of having their homes cleaned. With a growing demographic of families who are always on the go, he is launching <a href="http://franchise.thecleaningauthority.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchisee-spotlight-joe-roth-of-the-cleaning-authority-11191" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Cleaning Authority</a> to serve central Iowa.

In addition to Joe&#39;s background is in management &amp; health insurance, he is also an assistant coach for a local high school boys&rsquo; soccer program and volunteers as a rec coach for his children&#39;s teams.

What were you doing before partnering with The Cleaning Authority? 
I grew up in Central Iowa and have lived in the area my whole life. I attended University of Iowa before returning to Central Iowa&nbsp;to pursue a career in the insurance industry. After 15 years in that area, I decided to get involved with small business ownership. &nbsp;

How did you learn about The Cleaning Authority, and what made you ultimately decide to commit? 
I worked with a broker at FranChoice to help select a franchise that would fit my strengths. I have always been interested in owning a small business, and the broker showed me how the franchise model provides support but also allows for flexibility in my business. The Cleaning Authority&rsquo;s philosophy aligned with my strengths and interests because of my background working one-on-one with customers as well as doing hiring, coaching, training and sales.
