Franchisee John Waskow, an alum of Newman Smith High School in Carrollton and Texas A&amp;M University, is excited to bring the brand to the state that he calls home.

<a href="http://workoutanytime.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchisee-spotlight-john-waskow-of-workout-anytime-11041" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WORKOUT ANYTIME</a> was presented to John by his wife Sara, who is a franchise owner and consultant for <a href="https://www.frannet.com/our-consultants/become-a-consultant/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchisee-spotlight-john-waskow-of-workout-anytime-11041" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">FranNet</a> in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Because of his desire for a simple business model and passion for health and fitness, Sara knew her husband would love the brand. John, currently a licensed engineer, has purchased two clubs already - one in Princeton that&#39;s set for a May opening - and hopes to expand further into the DFW market once they are up and running.

What were you doing before partnering with WORKOUT ANYTIME? 
I attended Texas A&amp;M where I studied mechanical engineering, and am now a licensed professional engineer in Texas. I&rsquo;m still working in the corporate world as operations manager of a construction industry test laboratory.

I&rsquo;ve lived in Texas since high school, where I attended Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, and now I live in Keller just north of Fort Worth (about an hour drive from Princeton).

How did you learn about WOAT, and what made you ultimately decide to commit? 
My wife Sara is a franchise business consultant, so when I started to think about investing with a business concept, she brought several options to my attention. WORKOUT ANYTIME was the second concept my wife presented to me, and I liked it right away. &nbsp;If I have any hobby, it&rsquo;s keeping myself healthy and working out on a regular basis &ndash; outside of work and family, my passion is definitely exercise.

I also hit it off with the corporate team, and the brand as a whole just feels like home.

Why is Princeton the perfect market for your WOAT business? 
Princeton is a small, traditional farm town outside of Dallas that is looking to be a little more metropolitan. It&rsquo;s definitely an underserved market for retail with only one other gym in town.

We&rsquo;re moving into a new shopping center that&rsquo;s under construction called the Gates of Princeton next to Walmart.
