With a commanding lead in product innovation and the strongest customer guarantee in the residential cleaning segment, Maid Right capped off 2014 with more than 40 total markets across the United States and Canada. Most recently, Maid Right continued its expansion by breaking ground in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with new Regional Master Franchisees Jim and Jan Branyon.

Jim Branyon has accrued extensive experience in management. At the age of 26 he became a manufacturing manager of a fledgling plant, where he successfully flipped the plant into a lucrative business. Jim's primary career experience was in the managerial face of industrial engineering field.

In the top five percent of real estate agents in the Greensboro market with regards to gross sales, Jan Branyon has led a successful career in residential real estate. She is very supportive of Jim’s desire to pursue business ownership with Maid Right and is looking forward to a whole new set of adventures stemming from the experience.

Already looking to make a difference in the community with their new Maid Right master territory, the Branyon’s have begun participating in Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program with the Latino Community Coalition in Greensboro. The program has allowed them to hire a recent high school graduate without American Citizenship and allow her to pay instate tuition when she would previously have to pay out of state costs. The Branyon’s are also helping to finance her education and look to use similar programs to help members of the minority community in Greensboro get into business for themselves. In addition to the Latino Community Coalition, the Branyon’s are looking to work with other local groups like the North Carolina African Services Coalition and the local immigrant and refugee center.

“We saw great growth in 2014, and we are looking forward to replicating that success in 2015,” said Rich Kissane, CEO of Premium Franchise Brands, parent to Maid Right and sibling commercial-cleaning franchise JAN-PRO. “We are thrilled to have Jim and Jan join our system and continue Maid Right’s expansion into Greensboro and Winston-Salem. Each new market we enter means new business opportunities for community members to take control of their lives and build something successful for their families. With Jim and Jan’s backgrounds, they are the perfect candidates to lead this charge.”

Adopted from JAN-PRO’s successful model, local owners focus on serving clients and strengthening client relationships, while Master Franchisees provide clients, marketing support, training and development.

Maid Right, which incorporates the best practices of sister company and leading commercial cleaning franchise JAN-PRO, has grown rapidly since its inception in April 2013. Building off the brand’s successes earlier this year, in 2015 Maid Right will be focusing on steady growth with a core concentration on growing local home-based business opportunities in new key markets such as Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

“Our executive opportunities offer a great way for C-level professionals with the drive to start their own business to access recurring revenue streams,” said Kissane. “Additionally, our model is focused on home-based business owners who work hard and look to improve the lives of their families. Both opportunities work in tandem to create the foundation of Maid Right.”

Maid Right offers services and a level of professionalism not typically seen in residential cleaning. The home-based business owners clean homes while taking pride in their work, and establish steadfast trust, reliability and service for long-term relationships with their clients.
