The Canadian market is perfectly primed for growth&mdash;John Kellett, a franchisee who&rsquo;s been with the brand for a decade, says that the opportunity for aspiring Great Clips franchisees has never been better. As the owner of three locations in Aurora, Stouffville and Vaughan, he&rsquo;s seen interest in the brand start to spike, paving the way for success in Ottawa.
