LaKecia Robinson has cared for both of her parents for multiple years and has completed a CNA program. After receiving a national caregiver scholarship from Griswold Home Care and the Jean Griswold Foundation, Robinson will now pursue RN credentials.
“Your heart has to be in it; you have to have a passion for it. If not, it’s not going to work,” Robinson said.
As the scholarship supports Robinson through school, she says she looks forward to becoming an RN and continuing to work in the field she cares so deeply about.
