1. &nbsp;Financially qualified (minimum $500,000 investment capability with a minimum of $150,000 liquid assets per location) 2. &nbsp;Minimum commitment of three (3) locations in new target markets; Single locations in fill-in markets (with 3+ locations) 3. &nbsp;Minimum of three (3) years of direct management experience (GM and above) with P&amp;L responsibility of restaurant or hospitality business. 4. &nbsp;For Multi-Unit Commitment: Minimum of two (2) years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management experience with P&amp;L responsibility 5. &nbsp;For Multi-Unit Commitment: Must have experience building/developing new locations 6. &nbsp;Must have a “relationship” personality 7. &nbsp;Must have a “sales/marketing” personality 8. &nbsp;Demonstrated ability to operate a business successfully (other business, business career, systems implementation). 9. &nbsp;Experience managing and developing hourly wage team members successfully 10. &nbsp;Match with Fajita Pete’s Mission, Values, Strategy and Philosophy
