The HVAC franchise is targeting growth in Kentucky as it expands around its home state of Indiana.

Heating + Air Paramedics, a fast-growing HVAC franchise backed by multi-brand home services franchisor Threshold Brands, has identified Kentucky as a strong target market for franchise expansion. Kentucky has seen steady population growth over the past several years and the brand is ready to service the community.
“Kentucky is a logical next step for us and we’re excited about continuing growth of the brand there,” said Ryan Carpenter, brand president. “Heating + Air Paramedics would be a new addition to the state, leaving territories wide open for investment.”
In 2020, it was reported Kentucky was among the top states for HVAC demand. Additionally, the state saw the third largest increase in multi-family home construction over the past two years, opening an even wider market for home services.
As an emerging franchise brand, Heating + Air Paramedics is targeting states surrounding its home state of Indiana to be able to provide direct support and grow its brand recognition in the region.
Demand for home services boomed during the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching an all-time high. The home services industry, including HVAC, is already valued at $500 billion and is expected to see 53 percent growth between 2020 and 2024, and the market is expected to grow by $4.7 billion worldwide between 2021 and 2025.
“I think that over the last couple years with COVID, and everything that has transpired, a lot of people are opening their eyes to how much opportunity there is in the home services space,” said Carpenter. “The reason I love heating and air is because it is an essential business.”
Carpenter noted that, when a lot of people were stuck at home during the pandemic, it became clear how serious it can be to have a heating and air conditioning emergency.
“It brings a really large value to be able to serve your community in an essential, on-demand business. The timing could not be more perfect for people who are entrepreneurs, or heating companies that would like to convert their smaller companies to our brand with all the local support we provide,” he said.
In 2021, Heating + Air Paramedics joined Threshold Brands, a leader in the home services segment. Now, franchisees with Heating + Air Paramedics will have access to the franchisor’s vast network of support and resources.
The initial investment to open a Heating + Air Paramedics franchise ranges from $102,250 - $205,800 for new franchises (which includes a $40,000 franchise fee). For more information on franchising with Heating + Air Paramedics, visit https://www.heatingairparamedicsfranchise.com/.
