Kathy Turley, marketing director for Home Clean Heroes, a Virginia Beach-based residential cleaning franchise, joined the market’s CBS daytime show Coast Live in-studio to demonstrate different hacks for spring cleaning this year. Turley said these tips can change how homeowners clean everyday items like their microwave, keyboard and dusty candles.

“Simply squeezing lemons into a half cup of water and popping it into the microwave is a quick and easy way to clean out a dirty microwave,” said Turley. “Once the microwave beeps after three to four minutes, you can simply wipe the mess out of the microwave with a cloth.”
