Spires has been involved with HomeTeam — which was founded by his father, Paul, in 1992 — since 2012. He started as a home inspector and steadily gained experience across multiple facets of the business. His new role as vice president solidifies his commitment to the growth and development of the brand, continuing the Spires family’s leadership in guiding HomeTeam’s ongoing success.
“I've been connected to HomeTeam my entire life," Spires said. "From my early days training with our franchise owners along the East Coast to my experience in business administration and real estate investment, I’ve always known I wanted to contribute to HomeTeam’s future. Taking on this formal role feels like a natural progression in my journey."
Spires’ hands-on experience spans from home inspections and franchise owner training to leadership roles in real estate investment management.
