IDEA Lab Kids Breaks Through The Market and Opens First California Location
The after school educational program provides focus on science, technology, engineering, arts and math.
IDEA Lab Kids is working to help improve the stigma against math and science in the US with each campus they open nationwide. The Bakersfield campus is owned by franchisees Herbert and Liza Liu. This location has been in the works for more than a year and officially opened on January 11th and is located at 3359 Allen Road.
“Here in the U.S., our world standings in math and science are pretty poor,” Liu said. “With IDEA Lab Kids, it helps to encourage kids in the fields of math, science and engineering.”
IDEA Lab provides numerous programs for children after school or for birthday parties. These programs will help the children of Bakersfield excel outside of the classroom in a way that will excite them to learn. With their combination of hands-on interactive programs and their real-world problem solving, kids will enjoy the purpose of learning in no time.
