That’s a big deal for me because communication is key to any success,” Mantych said. “Since 2022, I’ve never had a time where I have not received a return call or a response to say, ‘Hey, let me get back with you in a day or so and then we’ll come up with a solution.’”<h2>Building Success by Supporting Others</h2>Mantych now owns six territories, but what really makes her proud isn’t the number — it’s the impact. “When pros renew their leases, that’s when I know I’ve done my job,” she said.&nbsp;&nbsp;Her locations are filled mostly with women — many of them young, single, or raising families. “I’m an immigrant and an Asian woman,” Mantych said. “In my culture, women aren’t usually in the forefront. My children are first-generation here, and I need to set a legacy."&nbsp;She meets with tenants monthly to review finances, helps them with taxes and banking, and encourages their long-term growth."For me, it's generational and it's cultural because if they're happier, then their kids are happier and it spreads confidence," Mantych said. "I think you can see that when you walk through my location."&nbsp;<h2>A Message to Future Franchisees</h2>Mantych’s advice to anyone considering IMAGE Studios is simple: Have purpose."It can't be all about money,” she said. “I think if you focus on the money, it just doesn't translate well because the people you're dealing with are very emotional, very artistic and very instinctive.
