MIAMI — As 2025 comes to a close, KLA Schools is wrapping up a momentous year defined by a steady increase in enrollment that has delivered sustained growth. That momentum has been driven by strong demand for the brand’s Reggio Emilia-inspired model, which emphasizes an empowering, child-led, project-based approach to learning.

“We have exceeded our overall enrollment numbers from 2024. Over the past 12 months, the system has experienced consistent enrollment growth,” said Roberto Ortega, president and CEO. “This growth has positively supported year-over-year revenue performance and reflects strong execution at the school level across the system.”

Elsewhere, much of the year’s progress took place behind the scenes. Reinforcing how the system operates day-to-day, KLA Schools invested in tools and processes designed to create greater consistency and support accountability while improving both training and support.

Those investments included continued enhancements to the brand’s Learning Management System. AI will play a central role in that effort through applications across operations, training, quality assurance, marketing, enrollment and data analysis.

“Our goal is to leverage AI thoughtfully and strategically,” Ortega said. “We aim to increase efficiency, enhance decision-making, improve consistency across the system and provide additional tools that empower both school leaders and educators.”

KLA Schools used 2025 to prepare for its next phase. That preparation extended to franchise development, where KLA Schools welcomed new owners aligned with the brand’s educational mission and long-term vision.

With three new schools currently in development, 2026 is already shaping up nicely. KLA has also identified several priority markets for future growth, including the West Coast, Florida’s Space Coast and the East Coast corridor from Massachusetts to Georgia, allowing the early childhood education chain to continue capitalizing on the operational groundwork established this year.

“Building on the strong momentum of 2025, our priorities for 2026 focus on deepening our operational excellence while supporting sustainable growth,” Ortega said. “We’re going to continue to elevate the KLA Schools experience.”

Also on the docket for 2026 is a newly updated KLA Schools website as well as the delivery of stronger digital support for franchise marketing and enrollment efforts.

With enrollment rising, new schools in development and systems designed to support scale without sacrificing quality, KLA Schools enters 2026 with clarity, discipline and momentum.
