The Soon to be Famous™ chicken franchise is in the beginning stages of negotiations but is impressed with the area and the potential.
Layne’s Chicken Fingers was founded in 1994 in College Station, and since then, the restaurant has added six locations around Texas.
“Our biggest challenge to opening any location is the ‘bottom line,” Reed said Wednesday. “Property taxes on commercial businesses are a big part of what makes a location viable.” The company has two new franchises with locations in Roanoke and Houston, TX.
