In an interview with Yahoo Finance, Layne’s Chicken Fingers’ CEO, Garrett Reed, offered insight into supply chain issues restaurants have faced over the last two years and the effect they’re having on the customer experience.

For Reed, the economic realities of running a restaurant chain during the pandemic are having a financial knock-on effect on the customer. "Our prices have increased,” Reed said. “I don't see them going back down. In fact, I see us probably taking another price increase in the first quarter of next year, unless something dramatically changes.”

Reed also discussed topics such as the impact supply chain issues have had on the chain, which is committed to ensuring the high quality of its ingredients and product.
