IDEA Lab Kids Featured on CBS Austin’s ‘We Are Austin’
Austin’s IDEA Lab Kids provides insight into their programs along with an at-home craft idea.
Adam Gockley from Austin’s IDEA Lab Kids was featured on CBS Austin this Spring with some at-home crafts to do with the family. Gockley explained that STEAM activities differ from your typical STEM programs in that, in addition to science, technology, engineering and math, it includes arts.
“We are an enrichment facility that offers childcare, after school programs, summer camps, workshops and birthday parties,” Gockley told CBS Austin. “We also go to different schools and provide programs on campus.”
IDEA Lab Kids of Austin continues to offer virtual activities while families are stuck at home during the pandemic.
