Devina Bhojwani, CEO of Houston-based IDEA Lab Kids joined The Morning Dose News to demonstrate the brand’s Wave Machine experiment and share other hands-on learning and engineering activities that viewers can do with their kids or students to celebrate Engineers Week.
The Wave Machine experiment teaches kids the key concepts of frequency, amplitude and wave speed by building a bridge that will show the motions of a wave.
Bhojwani and her eight-year old son show that with the right project, integrating a hands-on STEM activity is something families can do together.
