McAlister’s president to be Einstein Noah CEO

Frank Paci, president and chief executive of McAlister’s Deli, has been named president and CEO of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc., effective Sept. 15. He replaces Jeff O’Neill, who resigned last February. Paci had led McAlister’s since September 2010, and in that tenure he oversaw three consecutive years of same-store sales increases. Publicly traded Einstein Noah operates or franchises Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah’s New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagels.
