Sylvan Learning Eying Expansion in Merced

Sylvan Learning is looking to expand in Merced County, California, in 2018.
Merced County Times spoke with Sylvan Learning Senior Director of Franchise Development Georgia Chasen about the company's plans for development in the area, including the timeline and what Sylvan Learning will offer to students, parents and teachers.
Said Chasen to Merced County Times, "We’re in the application stage with a candidate that has interest in moving forward in Merced. It’s a matter of finalizing it. We’ve had a lot of activity and expect there to be more in 2018 and 2019. We’re sure it’s going to go forward."
