Said Chasen to Merced County Times,&nbsp;&quot;We&rsquo;re in the application stage with a candidate that has interest in moving forward in Merced. It&rsquo;s a matter of finalizing it. We&rsquo;ve had a lot of activity and expect there to be more in 2018 and 2019. We&rsquo;re sure it&rsquo;s going to go forward.&quot;
