Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Each concept will remain a separate entity, <a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/finance/two-trend-fast-casuals-ink-fresh-deal?utm_campaign=20190221&amp%3Butm_medium=email&amp%3Butm_source=jolt&utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=lemonade-modern-market-eatery-merge-to-form-modern-restaurant-concepts-2709244" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">QSR Magazine noted</a>. 

Between the two brands, Modern Restaurant Concepts now oversees 58 restaurants in 10 markets including Denver, Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Washington, D.C.
