The immediate success that Chapman has allowed him to accelerate his goals and plans for his operations. He hopes to add a second vehicle to his fleet soon, allowing him to double the number of service appointments and likely double his staff by hiring two more employees.“They are fantastic hard workers, and I’m proud to be able to provide a steady paycheck to them,” he said. “I love being the owner of a company; it’s a great motivator to be building something that provides for not only yourself but others as well. I’ve found that I will work four times as hard for myself than I would for somebody else.”One of the things that has helped Chapman quickly grow into a successful multi-unit franchisee is that he stands behind the Mold Medics’ promise of a job well done.
