But there&#8217;s more than just beer at the upscale eatery.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="">&#8220;We have a great wine selection, full liquor bar, great cocktails ... live music, trivia,&#8221; said <a href="http://1851franchise.com/search.php?text=Brass+Tap" target="_blank">Brass Tap</a> franchisee Vik Patel. &#8220;We have great things to do, something going on every night. Come find something different to drink, eat, a destination &#8212; a premiere upscale craft beer experience.&#8221;</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="">An entrepreneur through and through, Patel also owns 33 Dunkin Donuts. And with five Brass Taps already under his belt, he recently signed an agreement to open 10 additional locations throughout Florida.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="">&#8220;I thought this would be a great concept. And it&#8217;s a cool looking venue, and the beer choice &#8212; support local beers and very good customer service. They are different businesses, but it&#8217;s customer service at the end of the day.&#8221;</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="">In addition to a great drink selection, the menu provides some unexpectedly unique food items such as lettuce wraps with poblano chicken, Sam Adams beer cheese dip and pretzel pizzas.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="">&#8220;The Brass Tap recently brought on an executive chef on the corporate team,&#8221; Patel said. &#8220;I took some people from Dunkin&#8217; and they were shocked, too, at how good the food was and they ordered again.
