Food Truck Empire recently spoke with President &amp; CEO Patrick Sugrue and Vice President of Operations and Development C.W. Bruton to hear more about the brand&rsquo;s plans for mobile business.

In the Q&amp;A article, Sugrue and Bruton explain that the idea for the food truck first came about as a solution to keep franchises open during store remodels.

Said Sugrue,&nbsp;&ldquo;We will keep it outside, show pictures on the truck of what is happening inside and keep employees and customers engaged during the remodel.&rdquo;
