After 30 years of success, Saladworks is now launching its first food truck. Food Truck Empire recently spoke with President & CEO Patrick Sugrue and Vice President of Operations and Development C.W. Bruton to hear more about the brand’s plans for mobile business.

In the Q&A article, Sugrue and Bruton explain that the idea for the food truck first came about as a solution to keep franchises open during store remodels.

Said Sugrue, “We will keep it outside, show pictures on the truck of what is happening inside and keep employees and customers engaged during the remodel.”

The article also contains a photo of the Saladworks food truck design, and mentions that the truck will aid multi-unit franchisees in their development of a market.
