When asked what's of the utmost importance within this set of skills, No Limit Agency CEO Nick Powills says grit will give insight into a candidate's potential agility. 

“If you can find grit in their story, such as having been told no or that they're not good enough, that turns into a soft personality trait I'm looking for," Powills said.
