Bob Ritter, vice president of franchise and market development with Lennys, told the Upstate Business Journal that the nearby presence in Charlotte has prompted the sub shop to identify locations in South Carolina to expand to, and the Upstate is one. 
 
Today, Lennys is hoping to partner with a local franchisee to begin their South Carolina development plans.
