Why should a company use public relations? The answer to this question is different for everyone. But the one thing that stays the same is public relations helps to build awareness for your brand.
No ones know this better than Matt Kelton, Showhomes COO. Showhomes has been a client with No Limit Agency since spring of 2014. Originally, No Limit was hired to redesign their consumer and franchise development websites, but Showhomes eventually added in public relations to supplement the work on the sites. Kelton says the return on investment (ROI) has been incredible.
“I was just looking at our numbers from last year and our main website has almost doubled its traffic from 40,035 to 74,917 and the franchise development website went from 11,183 to 42,240,” said Kelton. “A big chunk of this increase is from public relations.”

“There aren’t many things you can do that will get your name out faster,” added Kelton. “The PR has helped to close deals and get our awareness out there. It also helps franchisees get business and shows them value-add.”
According to Kelton, franchisees saw a substantial increase in business due to the news features. In addition, Showhomes even sold a few more franchises.
“I was a skeptic on PR and didn’t have great results at another company,” said Kelton. “But No Limit went beyond our expectations.”
