Prior to accepting this role, the industry veteran served as the CDO for Le Pain Quotidien USA. His resume also includes work at <a href="https://www.aubonpain.com/franchising-opportunities?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=paris-baguette-usa-appoints-new-chief-development-officer-2707765" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank">Au Bon Pain</a> and Papa Gino&rsquo;s.
