Dished: Paris Baguette Opens in Calgary This Month
The global bakery café franchise is opening in Calgary as it pushes towards its goal of 1,000 units in North America.
Paris Baguette, the global bakery café franchise with over 4,000 units around the world, is opening their doors for the very first time in Calgary on December 21.
The opening follows the franchise’s debut into the Canadian market earlier this year in Toronto. They have since also opened locations in Ontario and Edmonton.
Paris Baguette brings a neighborhood café to the Beacon Hill location with plenty of French-inspired freshly baked pastries, salads, sandwiches and coffee. The extensive menu includes speciality treats such as matcha mochi donuts, croissants, coffee buns and curry croquettes.
The franchise also has more locations poised to open on Bloor Street W in Toronto and the West Edmonton Mall. By 2030, the brand is looking to reach 1,000 units in North America.
