People that I trusted; people that I developed. I still want to be out and see my customers, but in order to grow the business, I can’t be out cleaning pools&nbsp;every day.”With his recent growth, Hollis has found a balance that allows him to be involved with his customers and team members while also dedicating time to business development efforts and his personal interests.“The thing that I love about being my own boss is that I really do control my own destiny. It’s been great because I’ve gotten to spend a lot more time with my kids and my family,” said Hollis. “I’m able to pick my kids up from school and coach their basketball team. My quality of life has improved a ton. There are pressures that come with being a small business owner, but seeing my business grow from one vehicle and no employees to multiple vehicles, a few full-time employees and multiple part-time employees has been really rewarding.”Looking toward his future, Hollis says he looks forward to continued growth.
