Pool Scouts Director of Franchise Development Timothy Holadia believes that this superior level of customer service is the key reason that the brand has not only grown so quickly but has also led to Pool Scouts&rsquo; success in all of its existing markets.

The New York territory is massive according to Holadia, with 91,000 plus residential pools in the area.
