The training is led by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/trent-rountree-504b96256/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=pool-scouts-franchisees-are-seeing-multiple-revenue-streams-through-the-introduction-of-new-poolcare-services-2726019" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Trent Rountree</a>, field operations manager for Pool Scouts.&nbsp;“We've been going around to our markets and conducting three-to-five day training classes and doing actual pool vinyl liner and safety cover installs,” said Rountree. “We start off with a classroom scenario and a PowerPoint lesson that goes over the measurements and how to take them — the tools that are included in doing the job, as well as the products. Then we actually go out into the field and install those products with the class.”&nbsp;Once the initial field training is complete, franchisees will continue to receive ongoing support from corporate. Roundtree leads a team who provides immediate support for any questions or concerns they may have.
