Tiffiny Consoli is the top-performing franchisee for Pool Scouts, and in an interview with Kim Daly TV, she shared her excitement for the brand and how her business became the highest-performing Pool Scouts. Consoli sought out her Pool Scouts franchise without a consultant and attributes her success to her desire to provide excellent customer service and her own previous retail experience. 

Consoli’s territory has grown 40% or more year over year since it opened in 2016 and has, on average, 100 customers daily, with some clients still needing services in the winter.

“Pools are not going away. We continue to grow; the Raleigh area is growing,” said Consoli. “We have so much more potential. We have revenue goals in mind we want to get to, and we want to be the biggest and best pool cleaning service in the Raleigh area.”
