Launched just last year, Virginia Beach-based Pool Scouts has already begun taking pool-friendly markets by storm.

According to The Virginian-Pilot, 2016 saw expansion into Raleigh, North Carolina and Dallas, Texas, with another location in Austin, Texas already in the pipeline for 2017.
