Early in her career, Amanda spent 10 years at ServiceMaster working in the corporate office in various franchisee support roles. Having worked with so many franchisees and business owners in the past, Amanda was already in a franchising mindset when the couple began looking for business opportunities.&nbsp;Amanda and Dennis had come to know the owners of the local Pool Scouts franchise in Memphis, so they were aware of the brand’s success. The pool cleaning and maintenance franchise with 110 territories nationwide is coming off its best year yet.
