Instead, he was ready to set his sights on a new horizon.This summer, Klineyoung will open the very first franchise location of <a href="https://primewavefranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=primewaves-first-franchise-location-set-to-debut-in-philadelphia-2716142" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">PrimeWave</a>, an Arizona-based clinic that provides long-lasting, painless treatment for erectile dysfunction without drugs or surgery.&nbsp;Why the switch in the industry? “I had great success working for franchises for decades,” said Klineyoung. “After 35 years, I was accomplished and had grown through the ranks at these companies to build an impressive career. However, over the years I had watched the industry change and, as the landscape continued to become more and more competitive, I felt as though the focus on quality had begun to shift. After being in the industry for so long, I wasn’t willing to compromise my standards.”&nbsp;After retiring, Klineyoung set his sights on business ownership and was naturally drawn to franchising as his next venture. His nearly 40 years spent in the restaurant franchise industry had shown him firsthand that the business model worked and that he was good at running them.&nbsp;“I like franchises because they are always very structured. I’m not the type of person who creates something new. Instead, I'm the guy you put in place to keep a business standardized and consistent from year one to year twenty,” said Klineyoung.When he looked at what PrimeWave did for its clients, Klineyoung was sold.
