She&#8217;s well over 100 pounds now.&#8221; Plotkin told The Cleveland Jewish News.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>When Shepherd found out she was receiving the award among the 50 nominees nationwide, she was at a loss for words.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8220;I love my field. I love working with the residents and the elderly. That&#8217;s my passion.
