They then take these actionable insights back to their offices to implement.”&nbsp;The Biggest HighlightsFor the first time, Right at Home welcomed three outside keynote speakers. They were Scott Greenberg, former Edible Arrangements multi-unit franchisee; Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour, former U.S. Marine fighter pilot and an action-oriented business entrepreneur; and David VanderMolen, Chief Catalyst at Inspired 2 Change, LLC.&nbsp;Attendees heard from speakers on the main stage each day of the conference, and members of the Right at Home leadership team provided updates on the brand’s strategic roadmap and three-year plan. There were also various discussions on topics such as innovation and technology, the value of being in a performance group, and how to best leverage applicant tracking systems. Franchisees also browsed an exhibitor hall that featured over 50 vendors and partners.Additionally, Right at Home’s new COO, Rod Roberts, was formally introduced to the network. Roberts joined the team in March and is responsible for leading core operational functions, maximizing efficiencies, and supporting high-performing teams to scale clinical excellence, international business, and company-owned operations.Notably, there is something for everyone to learn at the Home Improvement conference. “One of the things I love about the conference is that we have different learning tracks for each office staff role,” said Undajon. “We invite franchisees to bring their team members, so they can take advantage of these learning tracks.
