In an interview with Texas Innovators, Temple and Waco, Texas Right at Home franchisees Spencer Robinson and Trung Giang spoke about their recent openings and what drove them to start ventures in the senior care industry.

For Robinson, one of the biggest rewards has been matching seniors with caregivers that they love. “We have had instances when clients really enjoyed a particular caregiver and sometimes our caregiver moved on to bigger and better things," Robinson said. "One time, I had a client who told me we would never find him another caregiver as great as the one that had just left. We proved him wrong by finding him a different caregiver that he enjoys just as much.” 

Robinson and Giang received their MBAs together at Baylor University, and that shared experience in Waco drove them to pick that area to open their new Right at Home franchise.
