River City News: This Burger Restaurant is Looking to Open in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati

"We have done a bit of homework and identified those markets where we believe we need to focus in on given our guest profile, which is really families," Ardag Tachian, MOOYAH's director of development told the River City News. "Household size is important to us when we do a demographic search. We're looking for areas of town where there are lots of residences, a lot of homes. School districts where young families like to move into. Shopping centers anchored by grocery stores and other fast casual non-competing restaurants nearby.”

MOOYAH has identified several possible target communities in the area for the first MOOYAH opening and one is Florence, Ky. The brand is currently seeking franchise partners with a business background and the “hospitality gene” and hope to have two restaurants open in the next two years.

"The reason (for our growth) is really simple. Our menu selection is very simple, our options are simple, and our guests come in simply for the reason to enjoy a quality burger, fries, and milkshake. The All-American meal," Tachian told the River City News. "We also prioritize hospitality and guest services. It is paramount for franchise partners."

MOOYAH serves fresh--never-frozen--patties, a wide variety of veggie and sauce toppings and house-baked buns.
