Not only can the app recommend a customer’s favorite Robeks treats, but its algorithm can pair users with new menu offerings they might not have tried before simply based on their ordering history.Push notifications also alert customers to special promotions, product launches and menu updates to ensure that they never miss a limited offer or an opportunity to taste test a new menu item. Additionally, customers who refer a friend will be rewarded in the app using a special promo code and discount offer.One of the app’s biggest features is how easy it is to send and reload gift cards. Customers can choose from a variety of gift card designs and may have access to limited edition gift cards down the road.
